Colossus Strategies ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AI Campaign Consultant mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

    •    Profile & Campaign Data: Information you enter about your campaign, race, district, goals, and strategy.

    •    Chat Content: Messages, prompts, and questions you submit to our AI consultant.

    •    Saved Content: Documents, plans, and materials you save in your library.

Information Collected Automatically

    •    Usage Data: Features used, screens viewed, session duration, and interaction patterns.

    •    Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

    •    Subscription Data: Purchase history and subscription status (processed by Apple and RevenueCat).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

    •    Provide, operate, and maintain the App's AI consulting features.

    •    Generate personalized campaign strategies and responses.

    •    Process subscriptions and manage your account.

    •    Communicate with you about updates, support, and service changes.

    •    Improve the App's performance, features, and user experience.

    •    Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

    •    AI Service Providers: Your prompts and campaign context are processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) solely to generate responses. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models.

    •    Authentication & Backend Services: Supabase for secure account storage and authentication.

    •    Subscription Management: Apple and RevenueCat for processing in-app purchases.

    •    Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers operated by our infrastructure providers. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your information. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

    •    Access the personal information we hold about you.

    •    Correct inaccurate information.

7. Account Deletion

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Campaign Consultant mobile application (the "App") operated by Colossus Strategies ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

    •    Providing accurate information when creating your account.

    •    Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

    •    All activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

    •    The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store.

    •    Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

    •    Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

    •    You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

    •    Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate campaign strategy suggestions, talking points, and other content. You acknowledge that:

    •    AI output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.

    •    You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any AI-generated content.

    •    AI output does not constitute legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice.

    •    You must comply with all applicable election laws, campaign finance rules, and advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

    •    Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.

    •    Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence.

    •    Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.

    •    Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security.

    •    Use the App to violate any election laws or distribute illegal political content.

    •    Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute App output without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Colossus Strategies and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLOSSUS STRATEGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR ELECTION OUTCOMES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colossus Strategies, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time from within the App or by contacting Anthony@colossus-strategies.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Colossus Strategies is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
